Treatment

My practice today

Today I have incorporated more trauma-informed, embodied and experiential models of treatment into my work. My current therapeutic focus is on addressing and helping people to heal from childhood developmental trauma. Together, we address problems in relationship to oneself and others, attachment difficulties, and ongoing daily challenges in living.

I have been able to combine my psychodynamic understanding and therapeutic skills with an experiential, here-and-now approach, informed by interpersonal neurobiology. The integration of these methods and therapeutic skills has prepared me to help people address a wide spectrum of difficulties and emotional problems. People I work with have found this approach to be profoundly effective in bringing about deep and lasting personal change.
