TIST (Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment) developed by Janina Fisher, PhD (level 2)

TIST is a neurobiologically-informed, practical, and down-to-earth approach to help people heal from complex PTSD, dissociation and attachment issues. Clients are helped to understand and integrate the internal protective and wounded parts that helped them survive their early traumatic environment but that are no longer adaptive in their adult life.

The STAIR Method (Self Trust And Integrated Resilience), created by Juliane Taylor Shore, LMFT,LPC,SEP (level 3)

The STAIR Method is a brain based integrated method of experiential therapy. It integrates principles from a number of other experiential modalities( IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Coherence Therapy, etc.) It offers a gentle, caring, and deeply-connected experience that promotes empowerment, self-integration, resilience, self-trust, and compassion for oneself and others. The STAIR therapist adopts a here-and-now presence focused on expanding client awareness and relationship to their somatic, emotional and embodied experiences. The STAIR Method recognizes and helps people to heal from familial, social and culturally induced oppression and marginalization. Its goal is to help people to reconnect with themselves with greater understanding, compassion, kindness and curiosity rather than self-blame and condemnation.
